Style: A very elegant and full-bodied white with high acidity and a hint of lemon.

Grape variety: Furmint from a single vineyard

Alcohol: 12,5 %

Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. Directly pressed into 500l wooden barrels, where it ferments spontaneously on natural yeasts and stays for 11 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulphur.

Recommended drinking temperature: 14 - 15°C
