Biodynamically grown and hand harvested grapes. The grapes are fermented in wooden barrels and fermentation happens in wooden barrels. After fermentation part of the wine is aged in wooden barrels and the other part in concrete vessels.

Recommended drinking temperature: 12 - 14°C
