Style: A fresh and dry red with cherry and mushroom notes. Its well-balanced acidity and slightly volcanic notes make this the perfect wine for every day.

Alcohol: 12%

Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. Two weeks of maceration in stainless steel, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts. Afterwards the wine spent 15 months in large wooden barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulphite.

Recommended drinking temperature: 16 - 17°C
