Grape variety: Kékfrankos
Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. Two weeks of maceration in stainless steel, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts. Afterwards the wine spent 15 months in large wooden barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulphite.
