Grape variety: Babić (60-80 year old vines)
Organically grown and hand harvested grapes from 60 – 80 year old vines. The grapes are carefully selected from prime mountain locations by the sea. After fermentation, 40% of the wine is aged in used oak barrels. The rest remains in stainless steel until everything is blended again before bottling.
