Style: A refreshing, medium bodied red wine with high acidity, cooked cherry flavours and well-integrated soft tannins.

Organically grown and hand harvested grapes from vineyards that are between 10 and 50 years old. After fermentation, 40% of the wine is aged in used oak barrels. The rest remains in stainless steel until everything is blended again before bottling.

Recommended drinking temperature: 16 - 17°C
