Style: A silky and rich red with red fruit flavours and high acidity. A slight earthiness and the jammy finish give this wine the perfect balance.
Grape varieties: Babic (75%), Plavac Mali (25%)
Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. The Babić grapes are fermented on the skins for 4-6 days, while the Plavac Mali grapes are directly pressed. 40% of total wine is aged in used 500L oak barrels, the rest remains in fiber glass vessels. Before bottling the wines are blended again. The wine is unfiltered.
