A wonderfully aged, full bodied white wine.

Grape varieties: Malvazija Istarska, Rebula, Friulano, Chardonnay

Alcohol: 13 vol.%

Biodynamically grown and hand-picked grapes. After whole bunch pressing, the grapes are macerated for one day. Fermentation happens spontaneously with the grapes’ natural, own yeasts. The wine ages on its lees for three years in stainless steel tanks before blending. Further ageing for six months in tank then six months in the bottle.

Recommended drinking temperature: 12 – 15°C
