An elegant full-bodied orange wine.

Grape varieties: Malvazija Istarska, Rebula, Friulano

Alcohol: 12,5 %

Biodynamically grown and hand-picked grapes. The grapes are macerated for two weeks. Fermentation happens spontaneously with the grapes’ natural yeasts. After soft pressing the wine is aged in French oak barriques, on its lees for three years.

Recommended drinking temperature: 12 – 15°C
