Style: A carefree juicy white with a feel of lemon verbena and morning dew. Dry with medium body and high acidity

Biodynamically grown and hand harvested grapes. 2,5 days of maceration, spontaneous fermentation in steel tank. The wine is maturation over 11 months on full yeasts, then on fine yeasts until bottling.

The wine is not filtered and no sulphites are added. Demeter certified
