Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. 50% of the Blaufränkisch grapes undergo carbonic fermentation in directly pressed juice of Riesling and destemmed Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch. After pressing the wine aged in neutral oak barrels for 12 months.

Recommended drinking temperature: 12 – 14°C

Interesting fact: The labels of the wine change slightly every vintage as the wine also changes its character slightly. While the background colour remains the same, the face of the person is different every year.
