Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. The 80% destemmed grapes and around 20% grapes with stems are fermented for 3 weeks. After aging for one year in neutral oak barrels, the wine is blended and bottled by gravity.

Recommended drinking temperature: 14 – 16°C

Interesting fact: The labels of the wine change slightly every vintage as the wine also changes its character slightly. While the background colour remains the same, the face of the person is different every year.
