Style: A refreshing and easy to drink white field blend with a light, but structured body and well-balanced acidity.

Grape varieties: Gewürztraminer, Neuburger, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc

Alcohol: 12%

Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. All the grapes are fermented separately and blend back together before bottling. 40% of the grapes are fermented on their skins for 2 weeks in an open vat. The wine is mainly aged in stainless steel, with 10% going into oak barrels.

Recommended drinking temperature: 10 – 12°C
