Alcohol: 11 %

Organically grown and hand harvested blend of red and white grapes. Three days of maceration of crushed grapes, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts. Afterwards the wine spends six months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulphur.

Recommended drinking temperature: 6 - 8°C
