A fresh and juicy, yet elegant and rich wine with medium acidity. It smells of ripe citrus and tropical fruit and has a soft buttery texture.

Alcohol: 13.5 %
Organically grown and hand harvested. 10 days of maceration on the skins. Spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts. The wine is aged in used large oak barrels for 24 months and bottled without filtration.
