Style: A light, fresh and rustic, smoky wine with bright cassis and black cherry flavours. The tannins are soft, and the wine has a slightly smoky finish.

The grapes are destemmed and fermented on the skins for 18 days. Fermentation happens spontaneously. The wine is aged in 228 litre used French oak barrels.
