A fresh and dry rosé sparkling wine with aromas of strawberries and cherry, lively acidity and a slight hint of reduction on the nose.

Alcohol: 12%

The grapes are destemmed and pressed to the tank. After spontaneous fermentation the wine is bottled after a month, just prior to the completion of the alcoholic fermentation.

Recommended drinking temperature: 6 - 8°C
