Fresh, smooth, and dry white sparkling wine (Pet Nat) with aromas of lemon and a lively acidity.

Alcohol: 11%

The grapes are destemmed and pressed to the tank. After spontaneous fermentation the wine is bottled after a month, just prior to the completion of the alcoholic fermentation. The wine is roughly disgorged after one year.

Recommended drinking temperature: 6 - 8°C
