Biodynamically grown and hand-picked grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast. Aged on the lees in stainless steel. Bottled without filtration according to the biodynamic calendar, with minimal sulphur addition.

Recommended drinking temperature: 7 - 11°C
