A complex and elegant medium-bodied orange wine.

Grape varieties: Rebula, Zelen, Pinela, Malvazija Istarska

Alcohol: 13,6 % vol

Biodynamically grown and hand-picked grapes. Two weeks maceration and spontaneous fermentation with own yeast. After soft pressing the wine ages in large used oak barrels for one year.

Recommended drinking temperature: 12 - 15°C
