Grape varieties: Malvazija Istarska

Alcohol: 13,6%

Biodynamically grown and hand-picked grapes. Short maceration of crushed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast. Aged on the lees in stainless steel. Bottled without filtration according to the biodynamic calendar, with minimal sulphur addition.

Recommended drinking temperature: 6 - 11°C
