A fruity and dry elegant full bodied red wine with a complex aroma and pleasing freshness.

Alcohol: 13,6%

Biodynamically grown and hand-picked grapes. Four weeks maceration of crushed grapes, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts. One year ageing in large used oak barrels. Bottled according to the biodynamic calendar with minimal addition of sulphur, unfiltered.

Recommended drinking temperature: 15-18°C
