A fruity, dry, medium-bodied orange wine, with the appearance of a rosé.

Grape variety: Pinot Grigio (Sivi Pinot)

Alcohol: 13,8%

The grapes are macerated for five days without temperature control. After spontaneous fermentation the wine is aged in old oak barrels for 10 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered.

Recommended drinking temperature: 12 – 15°C
