Product Details
Style: A refreshing red with red fruit and green tomato flavours balancing each other. Its high acidity and the elegant, medium body make this a perfect wine for any occasion.
Grape varieties: 50% Plavina, 30% Lasin, 20% Babić
Alcohol: 12%
Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. The grapes remain on the skins for about 7 days. Plavina and Lasin are co-fermented whereas Babić is fermented separately. Only the wine from the Babić grapes is aged for 6 months in neutral French barrique. The rest of the wine remains in stainless steel. Everything is blended before bottling.
Recommended drinking temperature: 14 - 15°C
