Style: A fruity and joyful Pinot Noir made with high acidity, green notes and a hint of oak

Organically grown and hand harvested grapes from Devin, Slovakia. The grapes are fermented on the whole cluster and pressed after three weeks. The wine is aged in old and new French barrels The wine is not filtered and bottled with a minimum addition of sulphur.

Recommended drinking temperature: 12 – 15°C
