Style: A fruity and spicy, full-bodied wine with bright acidity. Despite having spent 6 months in a Georgian Qvevri, the wine shows soft tannins, is well balanced and has a smooth and elegant finish.

Grape variety: Grüner Veltliner

Alcohol: 13%

Organically grown and hand harvested grapes from Devin, Slovakia. The grapes are partially destemmed; 15% remain in whole cluster. Fermented and macerated for 6 months in a Georgian Qvevri, that is buried outdoors. The wine is aged in barrels for 3 months, before bottling. The wine is not filtered.

Recommended drinking temperature: 12 – 15°C
