Style: A refreshing white wine with high acidity. The wine is well-balanced with a funky touch of dried pineapple

Grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling

Alcohol: 13%

Organically grown and hand harvested grapes from Devin, Slovakia. The grapes are macerated for 24 hours and after fermentation aged in wooden barrels for 10 months. The wine is not filtered and no sulphites are added. Dark Ages is bottled with sediment which gives it a cloudy look.

The wine is aged in barrels for 3 months, before bottling.

Recommended drinking temperature: 11 – 14°C
