Style: A creamy dry white field blend with short skin maceration, medium body and a long finish.

Grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Silvaner, Welschriesling and Chardonnay

Alcohol: 13%

Organically grown and hand harvested grapes from Moravia, Czech Republic. The grapes are harvested and processed together. The wine is macerated for one day. The grapes are crushed and pressed. After spontaneous fermentation the wine is aged in it is aged in French oak barrels of 225 and 300 litres for 9 months The wine is not filtered, and a minimum amount of sulphur is added upon bottling.

Recommended drinking temperature: 11 – 13°C
